Utilization of the Provider’s services is regulated by this Acceptable Use Policy herein “Policy”, effective in this Policy and only herein.
“Fraudulency” or “Fraudulent Activity” within the Provider’s network, on its services or by unauthorized utilization of its property is prohibited. Fraudulency may be described as anything of the Provider word but is generally a form of utilization which is illicit, illegal and or made with bad intent and or faith
The services are provided for their described utilization purpose, one shall only utilize said service for said purpose, and shall not in any case attempt to utilize the services for Fraudulent Activities.
Any service, offering or feature labeled “Unlimited” or “Unmetered” is by common sense metered and limited, the aforementioned terms only state that utilization of the features with said labeling have no reason to be metered by the Provider unless they feel enough of the feature has been used or it has been used fraudulently.
The services are advertised and provided with specifications of a described caliber, said caliber is a hard or soft-capped maximum, and is not expected to be reached at all times, if a service reaches the maximum over 95% of its billing period, or anything reasonably judged as “Excessive” by the Provider, may said service be suspended or further limited.
